Heidi Leslie is the Founder & CEO of Crux Energy Consulting Inc., a boutique consultancy firm focused on utilities and utility investors seeking to navigate the rapidly changing energy landscape. Her experience in both strategy and legal affairs allows her to offer a unique perspective on utility strategy best practices. She holds a law degree from Dalhousie University and has been called to the bar in Ontario, New Zealand, and Nova Scotia.
Heidi holds an ICD.D designation and has over a decade of experience on both public company subsidiary boards and not-for-profit boards.
