Debbie Beaudoin is the Owner/Director of Program Development and Associate Director for Player Development at Beaudies House of Hockey, Ringette and Skating. In 2023, Debbie and associate board members founded a non-for-profit organization called Warriors Ice Sports Training Society. Debbie is the current President of WISTS. As the President, Coach Debbie creates, and implements community programming for the Fraser Valley in skating, hockey and ringette.
Coach Debbie is spirited and committed to inspiring personal drive and self-confidence through motivational training and skills development. She is skilled in evaluating, scouting, and developing new players/coaches each season to enhance individual/team skills and strengths. She employs an example-based instruction style to build trust as hands-on leader and guarantee safety of all on and off ice activities. Coach Debbie believes in open, constructive communication between her staff/team to set clear goals and build a vision of excellence. She is committed to development and as a Coach/Manager and is adept in strategy development and implementation.
